By accessing or using the Loadup platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The Loadup web application and all associated services.
- User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
- Shipper: A User who posts loads for transportation.
- Carrier: A User who bids on and transports loads.
- Driver: An individual assigned to physically transport goods.
- Dispatcher: A User who manages operations on behalf of a Carrier.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Platform Usage
The Platform is provided as a marketplace connecting Shippers and Carriers. Loadup acts as a facilitator and is not a party to any transportation contract between Users.
5. Payments & Fees
All fees, subscription charges, and payment terms are as displayed on the Platform. Loadup reserves the right to modify fees with prior notice. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment providers.
6. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide accurate information about loads, equipment, and capabilities.
- Not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or abusive behavior.
- Complete KYC verification as required.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loadup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.
8. Termination
Loadup reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
