General

Loadup is a freight logistics marketplace connecting Shippers with Carriers. The platform handles load posting, bidding, real-time tracking, secure payments, and proof of delivery.

All users must upload a valid photo ID and trade license. Our team reviews within 2–5 business days. Approved users get a "Verified" badge.

General

Go to your Shipper Dashboard → Post a Load. Fill in pickup/delivery locations, weight, dimensions, dates, and special requirements. Verified carriers can then bid.

Compare bids by price, ratings, verified status, and fleet details. We recommend carriers with high ratings and verified badges.

For Carriers

Carriers browse loads and submit bids using Bid Credits (included in subscription or purchasable). When accepted, payment is held in escrow until delivery.

Multiple tiers with monthly bid credits, priority placement, premium load access, and reduced fees. Visit the Pricing section for details.

For Drivers

From your Driver Dashboard, tap the active load and update: En Route → Loaded → In Transit → Delivered (with POD photos). All updates are real-time visible.

Mark the load as "Delivered" and upload photos of goods, signed receipt, and condition docs. This triggers escrow fund release.

Billing & Payments

We only charge for subscription and all payments between the shipper and the carrier will be handled directly throw the best channel they choose without involving our platform in any kind of load related payment.

Payments disput should be handled by the law directly outside our platform by the 2 parties involved with the load or the disput. Our platform has no legal obligation to any of the parties regrding load related incidents and payment disputs.
