1. Overview
Loadup requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure the safety, legitimacy, and trustworthiness of our marketplace.
2. Who Must Verify?
All Users who wish to post loads, bid on loads, or access financial features must complete KYC verification. This includes Shippers, Carriers, Drivers, and Dispatchers.
3. Required Documents
For Individuals
- Valid government-issued photo ID (Emirates ID, passport)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement)
For Companies
- Trade license or commercial registration
- Authorized signatory documentation
- Insurance certificates (for carriers)
- Fleet documentation (vehicle registrations)
4. Verification Process
- Submit required documents through the Platform.
- Our compliance team reviews submissions within 2–5 business days.
- Users are notified of approval or if additional documents are needed.
- Verified Users receive a "Verified" badge on their profile.
5. Ongoing Compliance
Users must keep their information current. Loadup may request updated documentation periodically. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.
6. Data Handling
All KYC documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are only accessed by authorized compliance personnel.
